RULES

1. Prohibited substances
The use of stimulants, alcohol, and other prohibited and/or dangerous substances is forbidden.

2. Markings and safety
Follow the course markings. If you go off course or get lost, contact the organisers immediately. The phone numbers are printed on your bib number.

3. Withdrawing from the race
Do not leave the race without notifying the organisers. You can do so at an aid station or by phone. The phone numbers are printed on your bib number.

4. Water container
You must carry your own water container. There will be refill points along the course. For environmental reasons, no plastic bottles will be handed out.

5. Helping others in need
If the situation calls for it, you are obliged to help a fellow competitor in need or to contact the organisers.

6. Age restrictions

  • Participation is open to those over 18.
  • Participants aged 14 to 17 require a parent or guardian to complete a consent form.
  • Participants aged 8 to 13 may take part only with an accompanying adult and after a parent or guardian has completed a consent form.

7. Required documents
Every competitor must carry:

  • A liability waiver.
  • A consent form for minors under 18 (if applicable).

Mandatory equipment

  • Fluid containers (bottle, hydration bladder, etc.) with a minimum capacity of 0.5 litres (without a water container, you will not be able to get water at the aid stations!)
  • A mobile phone with a charged battery, plus a spare charged battery or power bank (STRONGLY RECOMMENDED, as GPS use and loss of signal drain the battery faster)

Every participant must carry their own mandatory equipment and may be checked at any random point OR at the finish, once they complete the race.

Recommended equipment

  • Emergency (survival) blanket
  • Rain jacket
  • Comfortable running shoes, preferably with a trail (grippy) sole
  • Food with an energy value of at least 500 kcal

Timing

Timing will be handled using the Tracksport timing system. The timing chips are on the back of the race bib. A competitor taking part without a bib will not be timed or ranked. Each course has a set number of “checkpoints.” As they pass through, the competitor will be marked electronically or by hand by a representative of the organisers. For this reason, competitors are REQUIRED to keep their bib visible at all times.

Live results will be available on the website Tracksport.live .
